I totally agree with this statement, I find it so hard to wake up in the morning and start stretching and warming up my body! I am knowingly lazy and I absolutely LOVE to procrastinate, thus normally I just wait till I get to the dance studio and start waking up my body.
With age and injuries, I gotten better. I had to, otherwise, I would just brake in tiny pieces. What do you do when you wake up? How do you make yourself disciplined and enjoy it.
