I love wine, and I could drink beer and other drinks, but I absolutely hate my wasted mornings and sometimes even days due to the effect it has on my entire body.
Strangely enough, I can't rest properly after I drink. While training/ dancing I absolutely loose the groundless of my body and I have no control over my movement.
I want to hear more of what you have to share with me about it, please comment....
I am not sure if you have ever heard about this kind of body work, but if you are a dancer, a beginner or a professional, it is a must try place!
I have to say, I got so much hope after being there for 3 hours, I felt that I have somewhere to stretch forward to.
I just wish I have discovered them earlier, I promise going there once a week and challenge my body and reach to the fullest potential!

I totally agree with this statement, I find it so hard to wake up in the morning and start stretching and warming up my body! I am knowingly lazy and I absolutely LOVE to procrastinate, thus normally I just wait till I get to the dance studio and start waking up my body.
With age and injuries, I gotten better. I had to, otherwise, I would just brake in tiny pieces. What do you do when you wake up? How do you make yourself disciplined and enjoy it.
